Giving your clients more when it matters:

Being diagnosed with a critical illness is devastating. So we give your clients both financial and emotional support.

We offer free access to nurse adviser service RedArc to customers who have applied for critical illness cover from 18 March 2013 and then make a claim. RedArc’s services bridge the gap between the care provided by mainstream health services and the more practical and emotional support your client may need.

Your client will get their own personal nurse adviser who will tailor the support they give to your client’s circumstances. They can also arrange a second medical opinion, giving your client a comprehensive and independent assessment of their condition. We offer RedArc’s services to customers choosing critical illness cover through financial advisers only.

For more information, see our adviser and customer leaflets.

RedArc’s services are non-contractual benefits. This means we could withdraw them at any time.
