Workplace wellbeing support

As the benefits of a healthy workforce are far reaching, it’s no wonder wellbeing is high on the agenda for most employers. We all want to feel valued and supported not just at home but also at work.

Finding a wellbeing programme that works for everyone within a business and which meets specific organisational needs can be challenging. We can help your clients identify and implement a wellbeing strategy and create tailored support solutions from our comprehensive Workplace Wellbeing programme.

Clinical and vocational rehabilitation support

We offer a range of rehabilitation and specialist clinical services developed in collaboration with our trusted partners, designed to get the right support for your clients and their employees. Plus, our in-house clinical and rehabilitation team can provide advice, case management, signposting and support with return-to-work planning.

It pays to move quickly

Our aim is to start actively working with your clients and their employees after four weeks of absence, as our experience shows that working with employees at an early stage of absence is more likely to result in a successful return to work.

Making it easy for everyone

We’ll assign a dedicated case manager who will be on hand to discuss any additional support that may help your client or their employee. We’ll provide continuing support and guidance throughout any treatment and specialist referrals and apply the most appropriate intervention measures and rehabilitation techniques to encourage a rapid recovery.

The following services are provided by our in-house clinical experts at no extra cost:
