Workplace wellbeing

Group Income Protection

Our workplace wellbeing solutions, available alongside our Group Income Protection cover, focus on strengthening the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of employees by inspiring behavioural change within a business.

Promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace can bring real benefits to your client’s business and their employees, providing a better quality of life for the employee and a healthier workforce for your client. Both could lead to lower sickness absence levels and lower costs associated with it.

Your clients and their employees can benefit from the expertise and experience of our in-house wellbeing and rehabilitation teams, who can design and deliver solutions that meet the specific needs of the workforce and business.

To find out how our workplace wellbeing solutions can help your clients, please call 0800 145 5684, or speak to your account manager.

The case manager will source the appropriate assessment and treatment services, liaise with the health care professionals treating the employee and support the employee, and his/ her line manager, throughout the phased return-to-work process, either on the phone, or face-to-face.

In cases where specialist assessment and clinical services are required to facilitate an employee’s recovery and return to work, we can provide these through our trusted rehabilitation partners.

We’ll always combine the most appropriate intervention measure and rehabilitation techniques to encourage a rapid recovery, which could also help reduce the costs involved for your client’s business, such as sick pay, extra resource costs and reduced productivity.
