Our annuity application forms have been simplified, speeding up the process for both you and your clients.

Simplifying the form

We’ve removed the need to complete information which is already completed as part of the Key Facts illustration. We’ve also removed the need to select the contract type and will proceed based on the Key Facts illustration that has been selected.

Supporting customers

To continue to support both you and your clients, we have added the option to select MyAviva on our new application forms, meaning we can facilitate the registration process on their behalf. We will set this up alongside the annuity process, giving them the freedom to access their annuity information as and when they need to at a time that suits them.
