As you know, we have recently changed our Aviva Platform, migrating all customer accounts and assets to a new strategic platform.
I know that this has caused some issues and inconvenience over the last 2 weeks since the platform went live, for which I wanted to apologise on behalf of Aviva.
Migrating to a new platform is a highly complex process, which means some issues are inevitable during this time, however, I wanted to assure you that we are taking this extremely seriously and we have teams working around the clock to resolve this as quickly as possible, prioritising the most critical and potentially disruptive issues first, and in fact many of these have already been fixed.
On behalf of Aviva, I am sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this will be causing you and your clients at present. I want to assure you as a business we are fully committed to the market, and firmly believe moving to the new platform is the right thing for the future, and we will work tirelessly to resolve any outstanding issues.
