Reflecting the same information that we see on our systems in real-time, you can get updates on your cases and manage your pipeline much more quickly, saving you time that you’d otherwise spend calling us and giving you greater control over your cases.
For new business, key notifications help you and your back-office team manage business more easily, including information on medical evidence and underwriting decisions. If we need evidence through Medicals Direct, we’ll keep you up to date throughout the whole process.

My Clients is your one-stop-shop for Aviva protection policies and existing business, so you can service your back book effectively. Stay up to date with the latest view of your client and policy details, including payments made and dates due, and current sum assured for decreasing term policies.
And for the latest real-time updates and information, existing business notifications serve as your early warning tool to help retain business. This area of tracking helps you stay abreast of protection cases where a payment has been missed or they’re at risk of lapsing, so you can build stronger client relationships. And if you’d prefer your back-office team to deal with things, they can download the data as a spreadsheet to help prioritise workloads.

Get case updates on the move
It’s not always possible to be in the office when you need to be.
Our email notifications service sends daily updates on both new and existing business ALPS cases. Anyone registered for Aviva for Advisers can opt into the service to receive all the updates and actions that appear in tracking. Registration is simple and accessed via the tracking tab on Aviva for Advisers. Updates are sent once a day and we’ll only send these when we have something to tell you about, so you won’t be bombarded with emails.
Email notifications also tell you when you need to complete an action to progress a case, such as provide a start date or view a decision, as you’d see in the ‘Requires Action’ area of tracking. We make sure any actions you’ve already completed aren’t included in our email updates.
