From Monday 21 September, the Aviva for Adviser site will be replaced with a new adviser site.
You’ll be pleased to know, all the key services you need are still there and how you go about placing business via Adviser Platform and the Aviva Life Protection Solutions (ALPS) trading platforms, are unchanged.

So what’s changing?
Your feedback inspired our next generation website and we’ve streamlined the design and navigation to make it easier and faster for you to find what you need. You can do this across any device, whether it’s your desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone.

What do I need to do?
All you need to do is have your log in details ready and the first time you login to the new adviser site, you’ll be asked to accept our new website T&C’s.
Any existing links you have saved will automatically take you to the new site, you’ll just need to bookmark and save the new website link when you get there.
Don't forget your log in details
Please put the date in your diary now and make sure you’ve made a secure note of your ten digit online account number (OAN) and password. If you use Unipass, login as usual as it will have this information stored or register for Unipass here.
If you need help with remembering your OAN, please contact via email our Online Support Team ECSD@aviva.com. You can reset your password online.
Friday 18 September : Submit any IPP and Bonds part saved applications and IPP quotes by close of play, otherwise these will be lost.
Saturday 19 September : Current Aviva for Advisers site is available until 6pm.
Monday 21 September : New site goes live and you can submit new registrations.
