“I found this book a huge inspiration to me when I first moved into a leadership role in the mid-2000s. Focussing on what makes great companies and great leaders great, this book really tests the motivation for your actions. It challenges you to look not just at what you are doing, or even how you are doing it, but suggests that if you want to be great at what you do then you really need to start with the why. I daresay this is an essential read for anyone in a leadership position.”
