Our Service Promises
Our Service Promises were introduced at a time when our service was perceived to be poor. Things have now moved on and the Service Promises appear to have run their course, so whilst we are still closely monitoring our service levels we want to start to move away from these and measure our service in a way that is more in line with your needs.
Changing to the Aviva brand gives us a great opportunity to signal a change in the way we want to keep you informed, with service updates more relevant to you. We want to provide you with messaging of tangible changes you should start to feel when you do business with us. We are looking to share these updates quarterly via this site, so watch this space!
