Coming Soon - NEW Secure Services for Advisers
On 19th October we’re launching a new secure services area on Aviva for Advisers. This has been designed around the needs of advisers, following extensive research and feedback from the adviser community. Our new services and enhancements include:
Improved User Experience:
· A personalised homepage providing direct access to information about your new business pipeline with Aviva and any saved quotes or new business applications you have been working on
· Easy to use navigation to your clients’ policies and to our products.
New Services built around you and your clients:
· Facility to search for a client by their name or policy number
· View your clients’ Aviva life and pension policies in one place, including:
o Basic policy information and any options taken
o Current and Surrender/Transfer valuation, including fund details and unit holdings
o Policy level transaction history
Improved Quote, Apply & Track Services:
· Easy access to saved quotes and part-completed applications
· Improved quote capability for onshore bonds, personal and stakeholder pensions
· Improved online apply service for onshore bonds
· Enhanced New Business Tracking showing the status of each policy and highlighting if you need to take any action
· Access to fund factsheets and funds selection from within the quote and apply processes
· A commission calculator that allows you to select the business terms you want, on a case by case basis.
Existing User?
Don’t worry; you can continue to use your existing Online Account Number (OAN) and Password (PIN). However, from 19th October, if you are prompted to change your PIN as part of the 6-monthly reset you will have to choose a slightly different password format (8-digit alpha-numeric) as part of our security improvements to the site.
Site availability for weekend of 16th – 18th October:
From 6pm Friday 16th October the Aviva For Advisers website will be temporarily unavailable while the new secure services are launched. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. The new secure services will be available from
Existing saved quotes (Bonds and Pensions):
· Before 6pm Friday 16th October you will need to save, to your own computer, any Portfolio Bond, Individual Pension or Individual Stakeholder Pension quotes you have requested online in the last month.
All other products and new business apply services are unaffected by the changes.
