Aviva Launch NEW Online Secure Services for Advisers

We are proud to announce the launch of our new and innovative secure services site on Aviva for Advisers.  The site has been designed around the needs of advisers, following extensive research and feedback from the adviser community.

So what’s new?

• Once you’ve logged into the secure area, you’ll be presented with your new personalised homepage. So next time you need to know what’s happening with an Aviva case, just login and the information will be right there at your fingertips.

• We’ve introduced a new service called “My clients” providing a single view of all of your clients’ policies. We’ve made 4 million policies available online, covering Onshore Bonds, Individual Pensions and Protection Policies.

• We’ve improved our self-service capabilities by creating new services and enhancing our existing services. This will enable you to do more business with us online, reducing the amount of business you will need to do with us on paper. We’ve also changed the navigation of the site to make it easier for you to choose the service that you need.

Don’t worry; you can continue to use your existing Online Account Number (OAN) and Password (PIN).
