Aviva are aware that our customers may have varying needs or a disability which may affect how they view and access the Internet.
We have tested parts of this website using the JAWS screen reader, and we are aware that this site may not be fully accessible to all users, however we will be trying to address these issues so that eventually our site will be accessible to all. To increase the text size
- In Internet Explorer, go to the View menu and select Text Size
- In Mozilla Firefox, go to the View menu and select Text Size

Browser compatibility
This website has been tested on the statistically most popular browsers and operating systems, which are Internet Explorer 6 and 7, and Firefox 1.5 and later.
Javascript
In some instances, your organisation may choose to disable Javascript at the gateway level. If you are having technical problems completing forms, try disabling Javascript on your own browser. Instructions can be found below for the following browsers.
To enable or disable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:
- From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, choose Internet Options... .
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Custom Level... .
- Scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list. Click Disable (or Enable to enable it again).
- Close and restart your browser.
To enable or disable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox:
- From the Tools menu, select Options...
- In Firefox 1.5 or later, click Content; in Firefox 1.0, in the list on the left, select Web Features.
- Check (to enable) or uncheck (to disable) the box next to Enable JavaScript.
Textphone
Aviva welcome calls through the Text Relay service provided by BT. Call 18002, followed by the number you require. You'll then be connected to an operator offering Textphone assistance.
